Site work for a civil project in Inman, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project consists of constructing approximately 38,300 linear feet of 16-inch raw water force main. In order to bid on this Contract #2, the Bidder, under the current company name, shall have installed at least 20,000 linear feet of 16-inch or larger pressurized force main. Project superintendent shall have experience as project superintendent for projects in which at least 20,000 linear feet of 16-inch or larger pressurized force main was installed. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state of South Carolina. Qualifications of any of the Bidder's related or affiliated companies will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of any Bid Documents obtained from any source other than the source indicated in these documents. Obtaining these documents from any other source(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than directly from the source listed herein may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to these documents that may be issued. Federal funding through the Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) will be used to fund this project. As a result, the project will be subject to federal contracting requirements associated with the funding as listed in the Agreement. In anticipation of these funds, the ICWD will apply federal contracting requirements and will be responsible for oversight of these requirements. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the Bid Documents and required by funding agencies. A bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid must accompany each proposal. A contract performance bond and payment bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, will be required of the successful bidder. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Construction Cost Range: $5.6 - $7.0 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
