**As of May 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Beisley Enterprises LLC, with an awarded amount of $462,994.80.** The project consists of work to be performed within 75 working days from notice to proceed, and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental theretofore and as generally described as follows: Resurfacing of existing tennis court to accommodate both pickleball and tennis, renovation of existing basketball court to accommodate futsal and basketball, fencing around courts, addition of hillside stair and concrete seat walls, addition of ADA compliant sidewalk to courts, and improvements to sports court lighting. The Engineer's construction estimate for this project is $434,477.81. The below construction estimates are a breakdown of the Base Bid and all Bid Alternates. Base Bid: $187,882.81 Bid Alternate 1: $116,743.75 Bid Alternate 2: $8,000 Bid Alternate 3: $31,390 Bid Alternate 4: $39,452.50 Bid Alternate 5: $51,008.75 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security (bid deposit) in the form of a cash deposit, certified or cashier’s check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the City of Port Orchard, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, including sales tax. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid security (bid deposit/bond) shall be forfeited to the City of Port Orchard.
