Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Malone, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The Owner is the County of Franklin with the Houndsville Road work site located within the Town of Malone, located within Franklin County New York. The project limits extend from: 400 feet west to 200 feet east of the existing bridge. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Remove and replace the existing Houndsville and reconstruct approximately 400 linear feet of approach roadway along Houndsville Road to tie the proposed structure into the adjacent highways. The DBE goal for this project is 4%. There are no M/WBE goals for this project.
