*As of May 19, 2025, BP#1 bids from the pre-qualified subcontractors have already been received. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify prime subcontractors for the Southdale Library & Edina Art Center project. Based upon evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, the successful responders will be eligible to submit bid proposals for work and enter into a contract with JE Dunn Construction, the Construction Manager as Constructor (CM) for the project. Subcontractors must be pre-qualified through the submission requirements of this RFQ to be eligible to bid on this project. This project involves constructing a new 97,302 square foot facility to replace the Southdale Reginal Center. The new facility will feature underground parking, the Southdale Library, common space, and the Edina Art Center. The new facility will be situated on a 7.74-arce site, the northern portion will consist of the new facility, whilethe southern portion will be transformed into green space for the community.
