HVAC Replacement for Clerk' Office in the Gloucester County Courthouse To provide all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, and supervision to replace existing 4-ton Carrier heat pump on the 3rd floor of the Suite 327 in the new courthouse with a new 4 ton Trane roof-top split system unit. BACnet controls will need to be removed, and a Honeywell model #RTH9580WF01 t-stat that operates with the Honeywell Home Total Connect Comfort software application (Brand Name or Approved Equal). All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). BACKGROUND: Gloucester County Courthouse (Clerk's Office Suite 327) is located at 7400 Justice Drive, Gloucester, Va. Work to be completed after 5:00 on normal business days or on a weekend. A crane or alternative equipment capable of safely placing RTU on the roof as well as removing the older unit from the roof will be required. o Contractor is responsible for all permitting. o Startup systems and make operational. Verify efficient operation and refrigerant charges. o Instruct Facility Staffing on use of equipment. o Provide operations and maintenance manuals for equipment. o Provide one year's supply of air filters for the units.
