Project Description: The project consists of interior renovations and improvements to an existing building. The project also includes the construction of new playground and outdoor space adjacent to the building.. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The estimated construction budget for this project is between $1,500,000 - $3,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
