Reference Number 0000381713 Grand Traverse County invites sealed bids from firms for demolition and replacement of the chiller system at the Grand Traverse County Governmental Center. This project includes: Demolition of existing chiller system and sourcing and installation of new chiller system, condensers, buffer tanks, pumps, valves, and associated equipment, testing, permitting, and inspections necessary to operate the chiller system. Work must comply with all , electrical, and mechanical specifications outlined in the attached documentation prepared by Nealis and all requirements as specified in the manufacturer's specifications. All work is to be completed following industry best practices for workmanship quality with acceptance determined by Grand Traverse County. Supply installation workmanship warranty and manufacturer's full system warranty.
