Reference Number 0000385177 Delivery Point: Traverse City, MI Demolition of existing water heaters and associated piping and sourcing and installation of new water heaters, valves, venting, piping, pad extension, and associated equipment, testing, permitting, and inspections necessary to operate the water heaters. Work must comply with all engineering, electrical, and mechanical specifications outlined in the attached documentation prepared by Nealis Engineering and all requirements as specified in the manufacturer's specifications. All work is to be completed following industry best practices for workmanship quality with acceptance determined by Grand Traverse County. Supply installation workmanship warranty and manufacturer's full system warranty. Question Deadline 05/09/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, Contract Administration: John Chase, Director of Parks and Facilities jchase@gtcountymi.gov. Questions that arise as a result of this RFB which require a written response must be submitted in writing to the Issuing Office. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this Request For Bids, or to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the County. The County does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis of any response made to this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited or obtained.
