Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Novato, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2025 Annual Pavement Rehabilitation The work to be done includes but is not limited to rehabilitation of the pavement on Clay Court from Alameda Del Prado to private portion, Grant Avenue between Eighth Street and Seventh Street, Indian Valley Road from Chamberlain Avenue to westerly city limits, southbound Redwood Blvd from Rowland Blvd to 150 feet north of Rowland Blvd, Rowland Blvd from Redwood Blvd to South Novato Blvd and Sherman Avenue between DeLong Ave and Grant Ave. The improvements will include placement of hot mix asphalt pavement materials such as pavement overlay, and mill and fill; setup and maintenance of traffic control systems; construction of curb ramps, sidewalk, curbs & gutters; utility adjustments, roadway excavation, culvert replacement, headwall construction, and trench backfill; replacement of pavement striping and markings, installation of new traffic signs and other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the contract documents.
