Reference Number 0000290324 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/14 04:30:00 PM EDT The Reconstruction of East Street, Including but Not Limited to the Removal of Existing Infrastructure, Supply and Installation of New Sanitary and Storm Sewers, Maintenance Holes, Catchbasins, Laterals, Watermains, Hydrants, Services, Curbs and Road Reconstruction as Further Detailed in the Contract Documents. Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or bid bond for minimum of 10% of the total tendered amount, made payable to the Town of Prescott. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Town of Prescott, at its own discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any compliant or non-compliant tender and advises that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
