Brown Street Park Improvements - Phase I The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required for the selective demolition and construction of ADA parking area improvements, ADA compliant walkways, installation of stone and underdrain system for new safety surfacing. Miscellaneous site furnishings, project sign, landscaping, and other related site improvements are also included. Coordination will be required between the General Contractor and COSTARS certified installers for play equipment and safety play surface. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
