Base Bid 1 – Wainwright Avenue and King Place Improvements (2024 Municipal Aid): Milling and resurfacing of Wainwright Avenue and King Place from Brodil Court to Wainwright Avenue including the replacement/installation of spot curbs, sidewalks, driveway aprons, ADA curb ramps, pipes, reconstruction of inlets and manholes, and other incidentals. Base Bid 2 – Demarest Avenue Improvements (2025 Municipal Aid): Milling and resurfacing of Demarest Avenue from Schraalenburgh Road to Knickerbocker Road including the replacement/installation of spot curbs, ADA curb ramps, reconstruction of inlets and manholes, and other incidentals. Base Bid 3 – Ruckman Park Walking Path Replacement: Replacement of hot mix asphalt walking path around the perimeter of Ruckman Park located at the NW corner of the Ruckman Road and Piermont Road intersection. Base Bid 4 – 2025 Borough Paving Project: Milling and resurfacing of Wainwright Court and Halsey Lane including the replacement/installation of spot curbs, sidewalks, driveway aprons, ADA curb ramps, curb pieces, reconstruction of inlets and manholes, and other incidentals.
