If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Owner will target answering questions no later than two business days prior to the bid opening. All addenda issued are part of the bid documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any oral interpretations. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by May 26, 2025. Final Completion shall be achieved by June 2, 2025. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $150 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order.
