Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Casa Conejo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Play Equipment and Site Work - Remove and dispose of existing playground equipment to below final grade (leaving footings), including approx. 150 Tons of sand (2,830 SF, 10"- 12" deep assumed) some sand can be used to fill in around existing swing area. *Provide & Install Roughly 1800 SF of Compacted Aggregate Subbase, 4" Depth at new equipment area *Relocate drain line from concrete area to daylight out to sidewalk on North side * Saw cut and remove 4' CMU and concrete cap for ADA walkway access *Pour approx. 160 sq ft ADA concrete path from K patio to new PG surface. *Provide & install new turn down curb, Flush to Grade (6" Wide, 12" Depth), Roughly 125 LF tie into existing sandbox border * Install 40' LF of play curb *Installation of New Playground Equipment with 2D plans, per Rec West *Screen out/ clean fill sand at swings *Provide and install Poured in Place Surfacing per plan *Temp fencing and restroom facilities will be provided by the District Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Online Portal **Pre-bid Meeting: Walnut ES 581 Dena Drive, Newbury Park, CA 91320. The sign-in sheet must be signed at the beginning of the pre-bid meeting and at each of the project site walk locations.
