Construction of new building containing restrooms and ticket booth, with associated site improvements. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 2. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Construction b. Mechanical Construction c. Electrical Construction d. Plumbing Construction Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10% percent of the proposal amount. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening, except as permitted under the Bid Withdrawal Act 73 P.S. Section 1602. However, this time period is extended to 120 days if the award of a contract is delayed due to the required approval by another government agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. 1. Substantial completion shall be complete by October 10, 2025. 2. Full and final completion shall be complete by December 5, 2025.
