Reference Number 0000290436 1 The carrying out and doing of all things whether of a temporary or permanent nature, that are to be done by the Contractor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The works for this project includes: 1 Installation of 250 metres of forcemain piping. 2 Roadway and boulevard restoration. A bond, to be known as a Bid Bond given to guarantee entry into the Contract that is in the amount of at least 10% of the Tender .1 A Performance Bond in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount payable under the contract to be entered into; and 2 A Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount payable under the contract to be entered into.
