Reference Number 0000290338 Question Acceptance Deadline Apr 15, 2025 02:00 PM ADT The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Phase 1 . Swing Space Fit-Up . Ground Floor: .1 lighting, plywood backing behind lockers, relocation of workstations/furniture, all electrical connections, security modifications, HVAC and fire detection modification installations in accordance with the Project Drawings. Phase 2 . Front End Service Canada Centre Re-Fit Ground Floor: .1 Remove and replace walls, doors, flooring, patch and paint new walls; ceiling tiles. .2 HVAC, lighting, air balancing, electrical PAC poles, data requirements, electrical connections, security modifications, in accordance with the Project Drawings. Pricing Lump sum Bid Securities mean a bid bond and surety's consent as defined below: (a) Bids submitted at $100,000 or greater shall include the following by the Closing Date and Time: i. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until ninety (90) calendar days following Closing Date. AND ii. A suretys consent indicating that, in accordance with section 5.18.1. of this ITT, the surety company will furnish the contract security which shall include a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and materials payment bond of the Bid Price or a consent from the Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank that an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price will be furnished.
