2025 Milling and Overlay Projects - Milling, asphalt overlay, extruded concrete curbing, and related work on North Oak Lane (T670) between the intersections with Douglas Drive and Highland Drive, and on Christopher Lane (T340). The contract includes the following approximate quantities: 6900 sy of pavement milling, 565 tons of WMA wearing course (9.5 mm mix), 375 tons ofWMA wearing course (9.5 mm mix, scratch and leveling), and 2400 If of extruded concrete curb, plus traffic control, erosion and sediment controls, and application of pavement markings. This project has been assigned serial # 25-01716 under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages Project Rates. Each Bid must be submitted on the provided forms, be accompanied by a 10% bid surety in the form of a bond or certified check payable to Patton Township, and be guaranteed for 60 days. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract value will be required. The work of this project shall be completed by August 22, 2025. This work is funded by a Multimodal Transportation Grant provided by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)and Liquid Fuels Funds. Compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act through utilization of the Federal E-Verify Program is required. This contract will require compliance with Commonwealth Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions, The State Contractor Responsibility Program, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
