The City of Monterey (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to perform planning services to review, evaluate, and process permit applications for the construction and modification of wireless facilities for projects within the City over a period of one year with a not-to-exceed annual funding limit of $200,000. The Agreement will include an option to extend this Agreement for four (4) additional one-year terms, which extensions will occur on an annual basis with an annual not-to-exceed funding limit of $200,000 until notice of termination is provided by the City. The amount of work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset. Work shall be issued through a notice-to-proceed. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple firms as a result of this Request for Proposals. The City of Monterey is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to perform planning services to review, evaluate, and process permit applications for the construction and modification of wireless facilities for projects within the City.
