Description of the Items are as follows: Item #1 is to include the price per square foot for milling depths ranging from 6" to 1/2 " in depth. Price is to include operator and ground man. The Village of Saranac Lake will provide all trucking of milled material as well as material disposal and all necessary traffic control. Item #2 is to include cost of transportation of equipment and manpower to and from the Village of Saranac Lake as well as any trucking of the equipment from location to location within the Village. Item #Alternate 1 is to include all trim milling along curbs, catch basins, sewer manholes, and intersections to a depth of no more than 2". This item also includes all sweeping of milling residue and trim millings on the roadway after initial milling. The price is to include all necessary equipment and personnel. The Village of Saranac Lake will provide all trucking necessary for cleanup crew as well as disposal of material. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids if, in its opinion, such action is in the best interest of The Village.
