SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Remove and Replace Carpet throughout the room. The carpet will be installed using a combination of tactiles and adhesive. (Carpet was chosen by Fermi Engineering BUT being purchased by the contractor). Rough information below: - 2604 Sq Ft of Open Air418 107796 Navy carpet throughout room. - 60 Sq Ft of Open Air418 107044 Nickel carpet for the aisle risers ONLY. - 406 Lineal Ft of NORA Black Rubber Stair Nosing. 2. Prepare concrete floor where the old seating was installed for new carpet and new seating. Concrete filling/patching may be needed using industry standard concrete patch. 3. Patch and Paint Walls throughout the room. (Parchment or White in Color). 4. Prime and Paint ALL Doors and Frames. (Black in Color/Matching previous paint style). 5. Prime and Paint ALL Handrails and Guardrails throughout. (Black in Color/Matching previous paint style). 6. Restore the Blackboard/Chalkboard Wall to a normal painted drywall state. 7. Remove existing Projector, Projector Screen and Install NEW Projector and Projector Screen. (Supplied by FRA) *ALL work needs to be coordinated/scheduled between the General Contractor, Electricians and Seating Installers.
