San Juan County is seeking a qualified trail design, archeological and environmental services team to design Mountain Bike (MTB) trail improvements located within the Bureau of Land Managements (BLM) Alien Run Recreation Area (ARRA) located north of Aztec, NM and Angel Peak Scenic Area (APSA) located south of Bloomfield, NM in San Juan County. San Juan County in partnership with BLM is in receipt of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant monies for the project.
