The Village of Pleasantville is seeking to execute an agreement for a Public Works Contract to complete roadway improvements from approximately July 1, 2025 through September 1, 2025. Bids shall be made on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. As a Bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base Bid, payable to the Village of Pleasantville. Bidders who submit certified checks must accompany them with a Consent of Surety from a recognized Bonding Company.
