Reference Number 0000381991 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Bidder attendance at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory. Bidders must be on time to the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders will not be allowed to sign in to the meeting once we start discussing the scope of work. . Scope: The City of Longmont (City) owns and operates a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) System that includes treatment of digester gas at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant, pipeline conveyance of RNG, compressed storage of RNG, a fueling station for sanitation trucks at the City's Waste Services Center, and vehicle defueling equipment at the City's Fleet Services building. The RNG system has been in operation since 2020. The City seeks a Contractor to provide contracted operation and maintenance of all facets of the RNG system and be available for emergency services. Minimum Qualifications: Proposer must have a minimum five (5) years of experience providing maintenance services for compressed natural gas conditioning and fueling systems. Proposer must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency response.
