Reference Number 0000383237 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Scope: The City of Longmont Water & Waste Department is seeking a Hydrovac Contractor for tank cleaning construction services on an as needed basis. The tank cleaning will be required at various open or enclosed tanks including removing the accumulated grit and sludge, hauling and appropriate disposal. The cleaning method will be by hydrovac method (vacuum trucks). Pumping will not be allowed. Minimum Qualifications: Proposals will be considered only from Hydrovac Contractors who have been in business for at least 5 years, financially responsible, and have experienced personnel able to perform the required service. The Contractor must demonstrate that they meet the minimum mandatory qualifications of being established in the Hydrovac Tank Cleaning Industry, specifically water and wastewater utility projects, with references showing that they have provided such services. The Contractor's work force is expected to perform the majority of the work under this contract. The Contractor shall not subcontract the work, or any part thereof, without the previous written consent of the City of Longmont's Project Manager. The Contractor shall provide all requested information in Attachment A - Proposal Submittal Documents. Failure to provide this information may result in a Contractor's proposal being declared non-responsive.
