Renovation of a military facility in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to have the main entrance exterior concrete repaired/replaced at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), located in Longmont, CO. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determination are attached to this announcement. All future amendments will be posted here. A one time, non- visit will be held on Monday, May 19th, at 10am. For vendors intersted in attending, you send an email to Angela.Laymanfaa.gov no later than May 15th by 4pm PT. Include in your email the name of attendee, company, email address, and phone number. Please note that all visitors to FAA facilities will be to present a REAL ID-compliant, government-issued photo identification with a valid expiration date to gain entry. Address for visit is 2211 W. 17th Ave., Longmont, CO 80501 This is a competitive, unrestricted procurement under NAICS 238390 s relating to this RFP be submitted to Angela.Laymanfaa.gov by May 28th. All vendors thoroughly review Section L of the RFP to ensure a complete and responsive proposal is provided.
