Reference Number 0000381275 Question Deadline 05/09/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to Espus via the Town Clerk at: hnetter@esopus.com construction of the "Roger Mabie Water Treatment Plant SCADA System Upgrades" The work consists of the replacement of the existing obsolete SCADA application and computer workstation, modification to the existing "Main Control Panel", and furnish and installation of new "Process Control Panel" including, but not limited to, design, fabrication, and construction of a replacement PLC and SCADA system that meets the current control requirements of the Roger Mabie Water Treatment Plant with capacity for future instrumentation as part of another project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
