Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Ulster Park, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Replacement of the Malden Turnpike (CR34) Bridge over NYS Thruway (I-87) at Milepost 103.16 in Ulster County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid on the Authority Bid Bond Form or a Bid Deposit in the amount of $375,000.00, by certified check or cashiers check payable to the New York State Thruway Authority. Contractors are responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8%, Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8%, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3%. Sealed bids must be delivered to the New York State Thruway Authority Headquarters, and late or misdirected bids will not be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
