The consultant shall review the project scope of work, and client's requirement in detail prior to commencing the work and summarize all key findings and recommendation in this report. The consultant shall include any other related equipment or associated systems that may be impacted as a result of this project and as a result may need to be included as part of this project. The consultant shall acquire the services of subcontractors as needed to perform any site tests and invasive tests needed to confirm their assumptions and validate their findings.
