Reference Number 0000290495 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/16 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for all that is required for the visual and non-destructive examination and testing of new or existing natural gas pipelines and facilities at various locations in Manitoba. This includes radiographic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, and visual weld inspection. The Work shall be completed within the City of Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. Manitoba Hydro requires accurate examination and testing of new or existing natural gas pipelines and facilities as detailed in this RFP. As such Manitoba Hydro intends to award the work in the following manner: Group A - Manitoba Hydro intends to enter a Service Contract for three years with one Contractor for planned work for a term of 1 (one year) followed by 4 (four) additional optional 1 (one) year term. Group B Manitoba Hydro intends to enter into Service Contracts with a Primary Contractor, a Secondary Contractor and a Tertiary Contractor. The Primary Contractor will be the Contractor that offers the best value, the Secondary Contractor will be the Contractor that offers the next best value, and the Tertiary Contractor will be the Contractor that offers the next best value, as determined by the evaluation criteria. Contractor(s) to provide non-destructive examination and testing services in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba on an as-and-when required basis for a term of 1 (one year) followed by 4 (four) additional optional 1 (one) year term.
