The scope of work for the FY26 Poway Center for the Performing Arts (PCPA) includes ADA path of travel improvements from the parking lot to the building entrance. These include ramp handrail upgrades, truncated dome installation, parking space striping, pedestrian ramp construction and interior dressing restroom ADA upgrades. This Project is under the jurisdiction of the Department of the State Architect (DSA) and is subject to the processes and procedures for project management and filing of DSA forms and request for inspections. The PCPA is a City of Poway owned and operated facility that has a joint use agreement with Poway Unified School District.
