Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 238,374-square-foot theater / auditorium.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Docum ents and consists of the following 1. The proposed project is to make interior changes within the building including: improvements to acoustics in classrooms and Cafeteria; sub-dividing select rooms; window and door upgrades, air conditioning to select spaces; HVAC upgrades, auditorium stage, lighting and sound upgrades; swimming pool sound system upgrade; upgrades to main corridor and lobby lighting; and pr ovide exterior Façade lighting. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts. See Section 011200 "Multiple Contract Summary" for a description of work included under each of the multiple contracts and for the responsibilities of Project coordinator.
