Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a military facility in Nellis AFB, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a one-story above grade military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, manufactured articles, transportation, supervision, site investigation, and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with successfully completing the construction of an addition and interior repairs to Building 47, 328th Weapons Squadron (328 WPS) at Nellis Air Force Base. The project will be executed under a design-build, firm fixed-price contract and includes full site development and construction activities over a 730-calendar-day period. The procurement is set aside for 8(a) contractors with a small business size standard under NAICS code 236220. A bid bond guarantee of 20% of the bid price, not to exceed $3 million, is required. All work must comply with applicable trade agreements and Buy American provisions.
