Description

Provide and deliver a K-Span Building in a Box, Brand Name or Equal to MIC Industries Inc., in accordance with the specifications listed in Attachment 1. Delivery is required within 12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to Nellis AFB, NV. Inspection and acceptance will be FOB Destination. All quotations must include product specifications, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID, payment terms, discount terms, point of contact information (name, phone, fax, email), and proposed delivery schedule. Vendors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award. Quotes must include the entire package requested; partial quotes will be considered non-responsive. Refer to Attachment 1 for full specifications and requirements.
