The Department is seeking to hire one firm to provide consultant and design support services for this Project which will provide access to the Inspirada Master Planned Community in West Henderson, and include construction of a new interchange and extension of Via Nobila, west of Las Vegas Boulevard in Clark County. The successful Service Provider will perform public and stakeholder outreach necessary to meet National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements, provide the Department's Design Team support with Signals, Lighting, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (SLI) and Signs, Striping, and Traffic Control (SSTC), and complete selected tasks and all activities required for successful completion of final design and ensuring NEPA compliance.
