ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AT: Haven Middle School (2417 Prairie Ave, Evanston, IL60201) Washington Elementary School (914 Ashland Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201) Willard Elementary School (2700Hurd Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201) The Contractor must pay Prevailing Wage Rates for all work as required by Illinois Law.The Notification of Award will be on, or near, Tuesday, April 22, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any orall Bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that in its opinion will serve its bestinterest. Any such decision shall be considered final. The Owner reserves the right to set aside a Bid from aContractor who, in the Owner's opinion, does not exhibit past experience equal to the size and scope of this project. Proof of licensure is required upon request of bidding documents. Interested bidders are requested tobe prepared to review the scope of work and to determine site conditions during the Pre-Bid Meeting.
