Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, three-acre fire / police facility.
Scope of Work: The scope of work shall consist of all components including but not limited to the grading, drainage, paving, other associated site work, and architectural work to construct an approx. 10,148 Sq. Ft. new Fire Station for the City of Mobile Alabama. The building shall consist of three 75-FT apparatus bays, front office, bunk rooms, day room & kitchen, restrooms and showers, storage, fitness room, laundry room, and radio room. The apparatus bays shall be equipped with hurricane rated four-fold and high-performance sectional bay doors. The function of the building is an essential facility and shall be fully sprinkled with fire alarm, dehumidification HVAC Units, and emergency back-up generator.
