The new building is anticipated to be approximately 17,900 square feet, with the area split approximately two-third / one-third between two stories. Site development including on-site work to support the new building will also be within the project. 2. Project Construction Milestones a. Commencement of construction is anticipated to occur during November, 2025. b. Substantial Completion of Construction and Owner Occupancy is anticipated in February 2027. 3. Project Budget a. The estimated construction budget for Preconstruction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services to be performed by the CMc (not including associated or related soft costs) is $12,000,000. 4.
