Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Huntington, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.

This project provides for the Navaid Rehabilitation project located at the Huntington Municipal Airport. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall do everything required by this contract and the other documents constituting a part hereof. The work shall include, but not limited to, the following items: Base Bid: Mobilization/Demobilization Maintenance Of Traffic Construction Engineering Unclassified Excavation Remove Existing PAPIs Install L-880(L) LED PAPIs Install L-849(L) LED REILs Mulched Seeding All Other Miscellaneous Items Goals for minority participation for each trade: Huntington County, IN 4.4% Goals for female participation for each trade: National 6.9% A certified check or bank draft payable to the Huntington Board of Aviation Commissioners, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid proposal. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price. Said performance, material, and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months. All questions regarding this project must be in writing at least three (3) days prior to the bid opening.
