Renovation of a municipal facility in Ironton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project: This project is for the Iron County Historical Courthouse section built in 1964. Masonry Repairs, Restoration, Paint Removal, Cleaning and Weather Sealing; (Project: Brick Restoration 2025.) The Owner reserves the right to hold a ll bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for the openings of bids, to reject any and all Bids and waive any formalities or irregularities. Questions should be directed to Jim Scaggs, Presiding Commissioner. Remove paint from the brick and foundation on the 1964 courthouse addition and the elevator addition of 2005. 2. Tuckpointing brick using mortar to match (1860) section of the courthouse. 3. Stain the 1964 addition and the elevator addition brick to match the 1860 brick using staining coloring method. 4. Stain the elevator addition to match the original color of the 1964 addition brick. 5. Stain the existing mortarjoints on the 1964 Courthouse Addition and elevator addition to match (1860) section of the courthouse. 6. Seal 1964 courthouse addition and the 2005 elevator addition with on cost of siloxane sealant.
