Replace a deficient bridge with a new single-span concrete box beam bridge. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the performance and completion of the bridge replacement. Compliance with the contract provisions, including the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and related supplemental specifications, is required. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all work items are included in the bid, and the total bid price will represent total compensation for the entire project. Payment will be based on completed units for unit price items or on the percentage of each lump sum item completed. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be applied if the work is not completed within the specified time.
