Renovation of a fire / police facility in Petersburg, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Petersburg is accepting bids to reroof the DPW/police building located at 87 Railroad Street. Work consists of complete tear off of old roof shingles and drip edge, replace any defective wood sheeting as needed, place ice guard on all eaves and valleys and synthetic felt on entire remainder, replace with new drip edge and install new 30 year architectural shingles. All scrap materials to be removed and site cleaned up when finished. Permit and inspection by City building official is required. Please include copy of current insurance and license.
