All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager manage the construction of the Project. Bid Categories 01 General Trades 02 Aluminum Storefronts & Entrances 03 Roofing WAGE SCALE: As required by the Michigan Code, a minimum wage has been determined for this Project and will be on file at the office of the Owner at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date set for receipt of bids. Contractor shall pay wage rates as established by this Wage Scale. Said Wage Scale is a part of this Contract and is incorporated herein as fully as if here set forth. Refer to Section 00 83 00 Schedule of Project Construction Wages. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 04/14/2025 The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent ( 100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contractor. As of April 8, 2025, construction is expected to start June 16, 2025 and complete September 1, 2025. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to River Valley School District Contractors are advised that the Contract as finally entered into with any successful Bidder shall be entered into with River Valley School District. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
