Site work for a development in Parkman, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Project Description: This project will consist of grading and shaping the required earthwork, and construction of concrete fish barriers on Elkhorn Creek and Red Gulch Creek. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 8, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on May 15, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 8, 2025, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. May 22, 2025. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
