Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 22,100-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) (Owner) will receive electronic Bids for the above referenced project. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low Bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be registered in advance of submitting a Bid. Technical questions should be submitted through Owner's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion. The Project or Work consists of the construction of a new maintenance building and renovation of three existing buildings in a four-phase approach. Phase 1 involves construction of an approximately 3,000 square foot single-story metal building. Phase 2 involves renovation of the existing oil storage building with a renovated area of approximately 4,500 square feet. Phase 3 involves renovation of the existing office and control room with a renovated area of approximately 3,300 square feet. Phase 4 involves renovation of the existing administration building with a renovated area of approximately 14,300 square feet on the first floor.
