RFP solicitation process to select via competitive negotiations a fully qualified A/E firm to provide Professional A/E Design Services having the experience to plan, design, and administer the construction activities required to design the University's new Engineering and Arts Building. Question Deadline 05/01/2025 at 11:00 AM ET To maintain the Proposal Due Date, the cutoff date for such questions. Submit any questions in writing and email to: Harry R. Smithson, Jr. email: hrsmiths@odu.edu. Do not wait until the question cutoff deadline to submit questions. A large influx of questions just before the deadline could impact the University's ability to research and respond timely, necessitating the need to extend the Proposal Due Date. No late submissions will be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
