Date Email Questions (Clarifications) Due April 22, 2025 Reference Number 0000382325 Job Location: FRCC - Westminster Campus 3645 W. 112th Ave. Westminster, Colorado United States 80031 Front Range Community College (FRCC) has received State funding to replace the entire fire and water line infrastructure at the Westminster Campus. The State funded, via two different projects, will need to be tracked separately for billing purposes but will be combined into one construction contract for the project. FRCC intends to select a Design/Build Entity who will design, manage and construct the project as described within the attached documents. The process to be used in the selection of the firm is comprised of two steps: STEP I is the Submittal of Prequalification (as described in Section II of the RFP document) STEP II is the Oral Interview/Cost Proposal (as described in detail in Section III of the RFP document) Upon completion of the evaluation of the Submittals of Prequalification, a limited number of teams will be invited to the oral interviews.
