The City desires the services of a qualified sports field landscape Contractor to work collaboratively with staff to meet the following key components of regular upkeep, repair, and management of these sports facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for participants and spectators. The City invites your proposal to provide the following services on an ongoing basis for 6 separate locations: o Weekly mowing, edging, weed control, aeration, thatching, fertilizer, irrigation. o Propose a schedule to ensure turf is maintained to a level appropriate for youth sports, free of holes, ruts, dead grass, mud, etc. o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of providing quality landscape maintenance and quality control of maintaining sports fields: soccer fields, baseball fields, flag football o Courteous, quality service while providing staff with mechanically sound, safe equipment. o Able to provide solutions should water restrictions and mandates be imposed at the local and statewide level. o Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
