Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Estimated Bid Value Three (3) as-needed contracts not-to-exceed $3 million each Project Duration 5 years Under the general supervision of the City Mayor or his designated representatives, Design Professional shall provide as-needed professional Landscape Architectural services by Task Orders on an hourly basis. Landscape Architectural Services may include, but are not limited to the following: presentations and community outreach to various community and advisory groups, preparation of general development plans, preparation of site improvement plans grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting/electrical plans preparation of plans for hardscape and other amenities, provide land surveying services, preparation of construction specifications and cost estimates and the preparation of reports, studies and/or construction documents relating to the design and construction of outdoor public areas and provide construction administration services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
