The City of Redlands invites your proposal to provide as-needed general landfill services at the California Street Landfill. The City is seeking an experienced, responsible, and capable consultant to provide as-needed services, which include the decommissioning of non-operable sumps, removal of old non-operable methane gas lines, remediation of horizontal well heads with liquid blockages, and the relocation of small portions of gas header systems for the California Street Landfill. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The successful Proposer shall demonstrate the capacity to furnish as-needed services in order to improve landfill gas management, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. Proposer is to provide all equipment, labor, materials and services as may be necessary for completing the work identified in the Scope of Services. The Purchase Order will be issued for a six (6) month period, beginning May 2025 - November 2025. The Purchase Order will be issued in a as-needed, amount not-to-exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) capacity.
